Is my payment information secure?

How do I access the film after purchase?

After purchasing, you’ll be redirected to the watch page on our website where you can stream the documentary immediately, starting on October 3, 2024. You will also receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions and a link for easy access to return later.

Help! I didn't get a welcome email!

If you don’t see a welcome email within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your spam or junk mail folders. The sender email is: “hello@22wordsfilm.com” and the subject is: “Thanks for ordering 22 Words!”

How many times can I play the movie?

There’s no limit! Once you purchase the documentary, you can watch it as many times as you’d like.

Can I share my login with others?

We kindly ask that you don’t share your login with others. Purchasing and watching within your family household or a small group of friends is understandable, but outside of those settings, we encourage each individual to purchase their own copy. This supports the creators and helps us continue making content like this available. Thank you for understanding!

Are there subtitles available?

Yes, English subtitles are available to enhance accessibility. You can enable them in the video player settings.

Can I request a refund?

We want you to have a great experience watching the documentary. If you’re unable to access the film, please contact us at help@22wordsfilm.com to request help or a refund.

Can I download and watch offline?

At this time, the documentary is available for streaming only.

Is this film suitable for all ages?

Due to the sensitive nature of the content that Pastor John addresses and reads at the school board meetings featured in this film, we recommend the film is appropriate for ages 13 and up with parental oversight. Graphic verbal content has been removed.

How do I cast using Apple Airplay?

How do I cast using Amazon Fire TV?

How do I cast using Roku?

To cast the documentary using Roku:

  2. From an Android or Windows device:

    • Open the film in your browser or streaming app.
    • On Android, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Cast or Screen Mirroring and select your Roku device.

    • Once the app is installed, open it, and select the Media option to cast videos or mirror your screen to your Roku device.
  4. From a computer (Chrome browser):

    • Open the documentary in your Chrome browser.

Once connected, the film should appear on your Roku-connected TV.
